Shopping Centre: Commercialisation
In recent years, Retail Factory SA has been entrusted by more than 35 shopping centers in Switzerland with the entire commercialisation, repositioning, reconvertion, upgrade or reletting. This was the case, for example, with Balexert or Shoppi Tivoli, but also with smaller centers such as Forum des Alpes, M Central, Rheinpark St. Margrethen or Rosenberg in Winterthur.
During these mandates, Retail Factory developed and analyzed the basics of the market, the positioning of the center, its retail layout and its tenant mix. The projects were accompanied until the signing of the tenancy agreements. Thanks to our extensive experience in this field a substantial added value has been generated for both the tenant and the landlord.
Today, Retail Factory SA is considered the specialist in the commercialisation of shopping centers.
